The USACM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable entity.  Founded in 2024, the Foundation is overseen by three directors and two officers.  The current leadership team is:

Yuri Bazilevs (term ends July 31, 2027)

J.S. Chen (term ends July 31, 2027)

Thomas Hughes (term ends July 31, 2027)

President:

Narayan Aluru (term renewed until July 31, 2027)

Secretary/Treasurer:

Jessica Zhang (term renewed until July 31, 2027)

Directors are chosen from recommendations of the Executive Committee of the U.S. Association for Computational Mechanics.
